Não entendo porque estão relutando em usar um termo usado por Foucault, uma das maiores referências em Discurso na área de Linguística.

Douglas Bissell: I persoannly think that the 'correct' translation depends a lot on who is going to read it. This is why many doctors sound 'uncaring' when they speak to famiies, as they use medical jatgon instead of 'normal' phraseology
