Haven't had any luck with "PIM" ... hopefully it's something painfully obvious and I'm just being thick :)

English translation:post-MI day / day post MI

Explanation:
PIM = "pós infarto do miocárdio". 5o PIM would be the 5th day post-MI, 3o PIM would be the 3rd day post-MI.
