Doesn't seem to make much sense, though...

IF the meaning is that of continuing to be on antidepressants, it will be ON not WITH...
"[to] remain ON antidepressants"

Without a bit more context my opinion is that "to remain on antipressants" is NOT the right meaning. Can you not gives us the whole sentence in PT? Please?

You see, "manuteNção antidepressivos" DOES NOT translated into that, really, it translates into "antidepressive maintenance"

manutenção = maintenance
