hernial protrusions/displacement

Explanation:
'Desvíos' is literally deviations,diversions, but not here. A hernia is a bulge or protusion through a section of the body that is meant to contain it:

"Straightening of the cervical curve, with a slight tendency to kyphotic inversion, without hernial protrusion in the area of study";

without slippage

Explanation:
Listhesis is forward displacement of a vertebra over a lower segment due to a congenital defect or fracture in the pars interarticularis, usually of the fifth lumbar over the sacrum, or of the fourth lumbar over the fifth i.e, forward movement of the body of one of the lower lumbar vertebrae.
The word spondylolisthesis derives from two parts: spondylo which means spine, and listhesis which means slippage. So, a spondylolisthesis is a forward slip of one vertebra (ie, one of the 33 bones of the spinal column) relative to another. But no one outside of medical professionals, the word " listhesis" wouldn't be understood, but ' slippage' would be easily understood.

Asker: This is a medical report, so I think that 'listhesis' would probably be ok here.

lower vertebra dislocation

Explanation:
Correction of the cervical curvature with slight tendency to kyphotic inversion without lower vertebra dislocation in the study position.

Listésico (termo espanhol) refere-se ao deslocamento anterior de uma vértebra ou da coluna vertebral em relação à vértebra inferior.
