"No caso de ter cumprido ou estar a cumprir o serviço militar, estar classificado na 1ª ou 2º *classe de comportamento*.

- or "standards of comportment" sometimes, if its for a military course. Normally the top two grades of behaviour will be "exemplar" and "bom", I believe. Hope that helps :)
