Hi, can anyone help me with this term/phrase? It's taken from a financial report of a large Brazilian company. The section in question is followed by a breakdown of the costs of employing various types of employees at a customer service centre.

I know this term is referring to a specific stage or section of their customer service staff and believe the "fidelizaçao" part is referring to customer loyalty, so guessing customer service relating to existing customers, but as far as the RCV and PF parts, I'm at a bit of a loss. Any help would be much appreciated!
