Perhaps your comment is woefully inadequate. The Portuguese original refers to the future tense ("será"); therefore, "will" is the correct equivalent. I reckon that recovery is a gradual process; full recovery will be seen in the year 2020. That's the underlying assumption. You seem to have missed the fact that there are two clauses in the sentence, each using a different tense! First clause: future; second clause: present perfect. There's nothing wrong with my translation. If there is, I'm sure my reviewer will tell me. |
