'descrito na Segunda Conservatória do Registo Predial sob o número três mil e dois, da dita freguesia, afecto ao regime da propriedade horizontal nos termos da inscrição resultante da Ap. 61 de 2006/09/15'

It appears several times throughout the deed where the article is feminine (da Ap.) so I'm ruling out Apontamento.

Any ideas?

After doing dozens of documents like this, I concluded that Ap.=Apresentação. In practice, I leave it unchanged on the document, as it doesn't seem to affect the meaning of the text; it introduces a line of other information that is translatable. I figure any attempt at "Pr." "Pres." or "Presentation" would be more distracting than helpful.
