"Atoar" must be a wrong typo, and if I'm not wrong it should be "atuar" and the translated term in english is "act".

The text (in Portuguese) has several errors (both vocabulary and grammatical) and I am guessing this is one of them. The correct Brazilian word would be ATUAR.
