I'm stuck on the best English (UK) translation for "delegado da partida" in the following paragraph. It's from a Brazilian manual on football licensing and part of the specifications for how clubs should set up their stadiums for matches. My personal solution, just based on my own inclination, is "match official", but I can't seem to find confirmation of this by researching the term online...

"Banco para o delegado da partida: os clubes deverão providenciar, pelo menos, uma mesa e três assentos, dispostos com cobertura, localizados em posição central ao campo de jogo, para uso por parte do delegado da partida e sua respectiva equipe."
