Portuguese term or phrase: Platina
I am starting an insurance claim report into a textile company here in Brazil, and the word 'platina' keeps coming up within the context.
To literal translate it to platinum does not make much sense, maybe it will become clearer as I progress thru the report but I wondered if this was some sort of textile jargon here?
Most grateful for anyone in the know enlightening me?
