Je traduis un acte de naissance provenant du Brésil.

Je m'interroge sur le sens de « Selo ». J'ai tout d'abord songé au timbre mais, au vu du contexte, je me suis demandé s'il n'était pas plutôt question d'un organisme.

J'ai trouvé des réponses pour les sigles qui l'entourent (ce sont des organismes et ministères), mais pas pour celui-là ! Du coup, je m'interroge. Faut-il s'en tenir à la première idée ou alors, quel est ou serait le nom de l'association ou de l'organisme en question ?
