Vielen Dank Ursula. Habe inzwischen herausgefunden, dass man unter "benachteiligten Arbeitnehmern" auch solche versteht, die keinen Schulabschluss haben, einer ethischen Minderheit angehören etc.

Asker: Vielen Dank für die tolle Info Ursula. Ich glaube nur nicht, dass es hier passt. Denn hier handelt es sich um berufliche Fortbildungsmassnahmen für die Mitarbeiter eines Unternehmens, die eingeteilt werden in "trabalhadores desfavorecidos" und "outros trabalhadores".
