Mas eu traduziria por "Analysis" - "Cálculo de vectores" por exemplo diz-se em alemão "Vektoranalysis". Na faculdade de engenharia que o meu filho frequente a disciplina (que em Portugal se designa por cadeira) tem o nome de "Análise Matemática". | Cálculo Numerik Explanation: Ich habe die verschiedenen Antworten zum Fach Cálculo gesehen und bin nicht der Meinung, daß es sich hier um Analysis handelt. Im Fach Cálculo beschäftigt man sich mit Berechnungen also dem Lösen von Problemen nicht mit dem "Analysieren". Im Internet bin ich an der Uni Ulm auf das Fach "Numerik" gestoßen, welches ziemlich genau das behandelt, was auch in Cálculo durchgenommen wird. Der Link gibt gute Auskunft darüber.
