In diesem langen Satz geht es mir um den eingesternten Ausdruck:

"O pagamento por meio de letras de câmbio está sujeito a acordo específico prévio, sendo que todas as despesas e encargos com a emissão, desconto bancário, *apresentação a pagamento* e devolução das letras de câmbio serão suportadas pelo cliente e não pode, neste caso, ser concedido qualquer desconto no preço das mercadorias, ainda que a emissão e a entrega das letras ocorram antes do prazo de 10 dias a contar da data da factura."

An brauchbaren Definitionen finde ich im Netz maximal das hier: "Art. 34 A apresentação do cheque à câmara de compensação equivale à apresentação a pagamento"

Ist das als Zahlungsnachweis zu interpretieren? Ich bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar.
