Nachfolgender Absatz stammt aus einem Gesellschaftsvertrag. Leider ist mir der Ausdruck "pena de invalidade" bisher noch nicht untergekommen und ich finde auch keine passende Übersetzung dafür!
An dieser Stelle geht es um die Geschäftsführung der Gesellschaft.
