manaco de la sierra Explanation: Arbusto del Brasil perteneciente al género Tibouchina, cuyas flores pasan del blanco inicial a un tono rosado/lila según van envejeciendo; de ahí que su nombre científico sea Tibouchina mutabilis. Se la cononoce popularmente como Manacá-da-serra, jacatirão o flor-de-quaresma. No encontré demasiadas referencias en español, ya que aparece casi siempre con el nombre científico.
