Esta es una forma alternativa a prevalecer que ya propuso Fernando Idanez

Usaría primar, más cercano en sentido a prevalecer (valer más/anteponerse) que simplemente valer. Se usa mucho en español en el sentido de tener prioridad, venir primero.

... sin perjuicio de la facultad de la concesionaria que prime lo dispuesto en la cláusula 30, en los casos en que esta se aplique.

También se puede poner que sea aplicable, pero siempre me suena más natural la subordinación en español.
