Nu cred sa se fi ajuns la un consens in ceea ce priveste o traducere pe care sa o accepte toti traducatorii, in special pentru ca depinde foarte tare de ce fel de punct de lucru vorbim.. Poate fi vorba de un loc in care are loc productie, poate fi vorba despre un sediu, altul in afara celui oficial inregistrat... Ma gandesc ca "Local office and point of sale" e o varianta destul de neutra.
