"Cheltuielile neincorporabile sunt reprezentate de cheltuielile inregistrate la nivelul contabilitatii financiare, dar care sunt excluse din determinarea costurilor caci nu corespund conditiilor normale de functionare a activitatii unitatii, nu sunt legate de obiectul de activitate si nu au raport direct cu activitatea curenta a acesteia. Sunt excluse astfel cheltuielile cu amortizarea cheltuielilor de constituire ; cheltuielile in legatura cu impozitul pe profit ; cheltuieli in legatura cu amenzi, penalitati, despagubiri datorate de unitate ; alte cheltuieli care de regula figureaza la nivelul contabilitatii financiare mai mult din considerente fiscale decat economice (provizioane pentru cresteri de preturi, fluctuatii de curs valutar, provizioane pentru litigii si alte riscuri etc.)."
