Acest "grouping" in o companie imparte angajatii pe departamente si subdepartamente ce pot lucra independent, iar fiecare departament are sarcini specifice nepunandu-se acelasi departament/subdepartament pentru doua sarcini diferite. Probabil pentru textul de fata se refera ca daca nu se schimba produsul si se foloseste aceeasi materie prima, acel departament poate produce in continuare si pentru luna viitoare, independent ce celelalte departamente. Ex: Almaterm produce ferestre, un departament la sticla, altul la feronerie, altul la garnituri, altul la profil etc. Se estimeaza vanzarea a 5000 de ferestre lunar. Chiar daca se modifica elemente de feronerie (clante inchizatori etc) sau culori/grosimi de profile , departamentul de sticla va produce in continue are sticla de grosimi 4/6/8/10 mm ca si inainte. Sper ca nu am batut campii prea mult :) |
