Used adjectivally, as in "return-to-work interview", for instance (an interview that one of my former employers - a company called Tesco - used to make their staff have when they came back to work after being off sick).

I know they don't use hyphens in the examples below, but technically they should have done since the whole of the phrase "return to work" modifies the noun (or noun phrase) that follows.
