In principiu, odata cu transferul proprietatii se transmite si riscul lucrului (res perit domine). In conformitate cu reglementarile aplicabile, riscul va fi suportat de cumparator fie din momentul incheierii contractului, fie din momentul traditiei lucrului, fie din alt moment stabilit de parti.
As I would translate:In principle, at the same time with the title (ownership) transfer, the risk of loss falls on the owner (res perit domine) will be transferred too. In accordance with the applicable regulations, the risk will be borne by the buyer either as of the moment of the contract signature or as of the moment of the work tradition, or from another moment established by the parties.

For example, an article is sold; if the seller have perfected the title of the buyer so that it is his, and it be destroyed, it is the buyer's loss; but if, on the contrary, something remains to be done before the title becomes vested in the buyer, then the loss falls on the seller."
