neutral  Annamaria Amik: Nu poate rămâne irevocabilă prin reapelare, ci prin NEapelare. Definiţiile se referă la recurs sau apel. Este o greşeală în întrebare.// Chiar şi aşa, este recurs sau apel, reapelare e un fel de tautologie în lb juridic, eventual call back :-)
