M-ar putea ajuta cineva cu traducerea in limba engleza a structurii "În accepțiunea părţilor contractante" din contextul: "NOTIFICĂRILE ÎNTRE PĂRŢI În accepțiunea părţilor contractante, orice notificare adresată de una dintre acestea celeilalte este valabil îndeplinită dacă va fi transmisă la adresa/sediul prevăzut în partea introductivă a prezentului contract."

Cu toate acestea, eu inteleg ca sensul sintagmei "În accepțiunea părţilor contractante" este acela ca partile contractante inteleg/recunosc/sunt de acord ca orice notificare...etc.
De aceea eu as reformula si as spune "The contracting parties agree..."
