Nina scuze..viteza!! Oricum e evident din explicatia mea ca raspunsul la care ma.gandeam era Reply to statement of defence!! Daca doresti pot sterge raspunsul...vad ca s-a desfasurat o polemica serioasa aici :). Oameni suntem si toti gresim..nu trebuie sa ne dam in cap! :)

disagree  Claudia Coja: reply to a statement of claim se traduce prin "raspuns la cererea introductiva". Intampinarea NU este cererea introductiva, ci -asa cum am spus si eu - si tu, dar din pacate le-ai ametit de le-a luat naiba - Statement of defence (UK)/Counterstatement (US)

  -> cerere de chemare in judecata (statemenf of claim) este urmata de intampinare (statement of defence) la care se poate da raspuns..*raspuns la intampinare* (mult prea discutatul aici prezent)= replay to statement of defence. raspunsul asta era..viteza!!!
disagree  Annamaria Amik: Întâmpinarea este statement of defense, adică răspunsul pârâtului, la care reclamantul poate să răspundă. Pt Claudia: Counterclaim este cererea reconvenţională, când pârâtul la rândul său introduce o cerere, o "contracerere".
