(a) Right to file a petition, answer, or reply
(1)A party may file a petition in the Supreme Court for review of any decision of the Court of Appeal, including any interlocutory order, except the denial of a transfer of a case within the appellate jurisdiction of the superior court.
http://litigation.findlaw.com/filing-a-lawsuit/appealing-a-c...Vezi ultimul paragraf: The party that loses in a state or federal appeals court may appeal to the state supreme court, or the U.S. Supreme Court. (Most states call their highest court "supreme court," though Maryland and New York call theirs the Court of Appeals.) Review in these courts, however, is discretionary with the court.
