acum mi-am dat seama ca de fapt e doar o eroare de dactilografiere: recurata in loc de necurata, fiindca altfel nu ar cere mentinerea sentintei ca legala si temeinica. Deci partea adversa a facut recurs, iar partea aceasta, in schimb, cere mentinerea sentintei pronuntate deja in fond.

disagree  Sabina Manta: Oricine are cunostinte de limbaj juridic stie ca nu exista sentinta necurtă. Si, mai ales, nu se poate cere mentinerea unei sentinte necurate ca fiind legala si temeinica.
