Based on Liviu's comment, it would be better to say something like "(we authorize and direct all administrative agents to execute this sentence and) the prosecutors will see that this is done" or "attend to its implementation," i.e., implementation of the sentence. Or Liviu may have better suggestion.

  -> Liviu, thank you. I'm sorry I didn't see your comment until now. In US, execution is usually by sheriff. However, I thought this judge was directing toți agenții administrativi including prosecutor. See additional note.
