disagree  Lara Barnett: The meaning is correct obviously, but we do not use this word in this context. I would look at discussion box suggestion/ I disagreed based on "context", as you will read in my first comment. I did not say the word did not exist.

neutral  Liviu-Lee Roth: I spent more than 25 years in US courts and I heard only „you have the right to appeal” In legalese used among lawyers, „appealable” is correct. Nu spune că această sentință este atacabilă prin recurs. Nuanțe! :-)
