Municipality commission for ownership acknowledgment over immovable assets Explanation: Am facut expropireri o perioada si din cate stiu este vorba despre o comisie care nu stabileste (in sensul de a naste) dreptul de proprietate asupra terenurilor, ci o comisie care ia act de faptul ca persoana X,Y sau Z este intr-adevra proprietar asupra terneului afectat de lucrarile de utilitate publica si deci indreptatita si la despagubiri. Tineti cont de faptul ca nu toate expresile/cuvintele din Romania au corespondent in limba Engleza, deci acolo unde nu exista (si cred ca nu exista) se expliciteaza termenul. |
