Asker: Mulţumesc frumos pentru sugestie. Baugrundniveau a fost şi prima mea opţiune, doar că nu sunt convins dacă "teren amenajat" este corect redat prin Baugrundniveau. Mie îmi sugerează "amenajat" nivelul final al terenului, DUPĂ încheierea lucrărilor de c., după terasare etc.
