ist - im Gegensatz zur Miete - dann gegeben, wenn man jemandem durch Leihvertrag den Gebrauch einer Sache ohne Bezahlung gestattet (§ 598 BGB); der Ausdruck "Leihwagen" ist daher eigentlich falsch, es handelt sich um einen "Mietwagen", wenn man einen Preis bezahlt.
