Termenul apare în legalizarea unui contract. Care credeţi că este echivalentul în limba germană? Staatsnotar nu prea ar avea sens în limba germană deoarece, conform link-urilor de mai jos, el s-ar ocupa de "Beurkundung von Gesetzen".

Să folosesc öffentlicher Notar? Căutând numele notarului pe internet am descoperit că este de fapt notar public..

neutral  Bernd Müller (X): Es stimmt, dass er staatlich bestellt ist- s. BGB. Aber diese Titulatur ist anscsheinend ungewöhnlich; in Bayern habe ich sie noch nie gesehen, und Google sagt: 114 für "staatlicher Notar"- in Deutschland, aber 1.760.000 für Notar - Deutschland.

Verbeamteter Notar Besonderheiten gelten aus historischen Gründen gemäß §§ 114, 115 BNotO in Baden-Württemberg. Am 9. Oktober 2007 hat die CDU-Landtagsfraktion von Baden-Württemberg der Vorbereitung einer Notariatsreform für Baden-Württemberg zugestimmt[1]. Damit sind sich die Regierungsfraktionen von Baden-Württemberg CDU und FDP [2] einig, dass bis zum Jahr 2018 das beamtete Notariat in ein freiberufliches Nur-Notariat überführt werden soll. Diese Absicht, eine Notariatsreform herbeizuführen, wurde im Koalitionsvertrag für die 14. Legislaturperiode des Landtags von Baden-Württemberg[3] vereinbart und nun auf politischer Ebene beschlossen. Am 18. Dezember hat die Landesregierung einen entsprechenden Beschluss gefasst, nachdem verbeamtete Notare in Baden-Württemberg insgesamt abgeschafft werden sollen.[4] ....

agree  Elisabeta Krinke: Stimmt allerdings, in Deutschland werden die Notare immer staatlich bestellt, deshalb die hiesige Bezeichnung als "Notar in (Ortschaft)"; die von mir erwähnten Urkunden sind sehr alt. Ich denke aber, notar public si notar de stat sunt identici. Sau nu?
