Hauptbeklagte Explanation: În primul rând, în procfesul civil german nu avem părţi denumite "Angeklagter" şi "Kläger" (ori, fiind vorba de contracte şi asigurări bănuiesc că în cazul de faţă avem de a face cu un proces civil). Părţile într-un proces civil sunt "Kläger" şi "Beklagter", respectiv forma feminină, dacă este vorba de întreprinderi. În altă ordine de idei, nici rang în sensul legislaţiei româneşti nu avem la Beklagte, ci rangul se referă la drepturi şi creanţe (vezi, de ex. procedura insolvenţei - Forderungen). Părţile au, de regulă un "rang" ca "Haupt-" sau "Nebenkläger", respectiv "Haupt-/Nebenbeklagter". În consecinţă aş traduce cu "Hauptbeklagte". |
