They are regional abbreviations and senior inspector Explanation: ТУ - таможенное управление (Custom House). ГТУ - Главное таможенное управление (Main Custom House). Do not abbreviate them - the target audience would not understand. And the regions: Южно-Казахстанская область - ЮКО; Восточно-Казахстанская - ВКО; Северо-Казахстанская - СКО и Западно-Казахстанская - ЗКО. Senior inspector of State Custom-house (Principal Custom), Senior inspector of Custom House Explanation: Here ГТУ might mean Главное Таможеное Управление, or Государственное Таможенное Управление. As far I could see these abbreviations may mean .... East, North, South, and West! At least your ВКО, СКО, ЮКО, ЗКО seem to be of that sort. That KO might mean, for instance, Commercial Domain, or Kazakhstan Domain. At least "O" in Russian seemingly should stand for "ОКРУГ" One thing you can try easily is to get some http session to an URL with primary domain "kz". If you cannot reach 'em via Net, send me a letter and I will try to find time to clarify the question completely. Goo luck. Karaganda Oblast, but I was hoping someone out there might be able to help me confirm this. I appreciate your help, as always. |
