Подрядчик обязан:

- немедленно предупредить Заказчика и до получения от него указаний приостановить выполнение Работ при обнаружении не зависящих от Подрядчика обстоятельств, которые грозят годности или прочности результатам Работ либо создают невозможность выполнения Работ в обусловленный срок;
- передать Заказчику результаты выполненных Работ по Акту приема;
- устранить в разумные сроки за свой счет недостатки в результатах выполненных Работ, обнаруженные при приеме;
- не позднее срока, указанного в Акте приема результатов выполненных Работ, внести дополнения и изменения в результаты выполненных Работ по обоснованным замечаниям Заказчика;

Я понимаю, что есть термин work deliverables, но все же (учитывая, что для Работ установлен термин - the Work):

Не будет ли русизмом, если написать "the results of completed Work" и можно ли эти results опустить (например, Acceptance Report for completed Work);

передать Заказчику результаты выполненных Работ - deliver the [results of] completed Work to the Customer

одним словом, несет ли в англ. языке эти results какую-либо смысловую нагрузку?

I would use 'deliverables' if there is something physical produced, like a presentation or report, or sometimes you can fit in 'outcome' if the product isn't so physical. Depending on the situation you can use 'product', 'completed service', etc. Definitely not 'results of the work'. Anyone who suggests that should not be working as a Ru>En translator. If for some reason you need to translate 'работы' then try to use 'project', not 'work'.

Difficult to find a single translation for the different uses, but these may work. Definitely no "results"!

Looking at the cases, I'd suggest the following.
to suspend the work,
make it impossible to complete the work,
transfer work completed via an acceptance report, [omission of article allows the possibility of transfer in stages]
amend/modify/repair the work [completed sounds odd here, since it's not complete]
But I don't think the inclusion or omission of the article is important here.

Asker: David, if the term for "Работы" is the Work, should I use the article in the expression "the completed Work" (as I already did)? Thank you.
