agree  Dorene Cornwell: Actually grilling refers to roasting on some kind of rack over some kind of heat source. Grilling would be fine here and might be more likely to appear in a food safety code than roasting.

Explanation:
I wouldn't say "are roasted" unless you are sure that the cooking method is roasing. The same goes for "grilled". As for "browned" or "seared", another definition of "обжарка", I would hesitate to use those about a process that takes 30 - 50 minutse.
