В ресторане пекут блины на специальной электрической блиннице, "раскрутить" - значит налить тесто на блинницу и специальной Т-палочкой проихсодит "раскрутка" теста. Есть такой диалог:

За 2, 3 максимум оборота мы раскручиваем блинчик.

Вот эти вращения мы будем отрабатывать отдельно.

Как сказать "раскрутить" или "вращение" в данном случае?

I think "spread" works, but you can't spread a pancake! You can spread the mixture to make the pancake. On the other hand, you can "rotate" a pancake.
