I think my problem is with the words "вашу же". Draft translation: "We rent a heating system to you and take complete responsibility for its condition." This means that "we" not "you" own the system! Is something more complicated envisaged here, like a sale and leaseback operation (so what was once "your system" becomes "our system")?

agree  nuclear: It's not all that paradoxical - by renting the system the company secures demand (from this system) for the power it generates. For at least fair price... This, in the long run, might outbalance the maintenance cost.
