St2, St3 Explanation: As Tanami answered, expanded here. Carbon steels of ordinary qality are specified accoring to their mechanical spropers as St0, St1, t2, St3,...St7. The higher the figure, the greater the content.Depending on the manufacture method, the prefix B or M may be added to describe Bessemer or open-hearth steel, respectively There are also numerous other alloy designations denoting rimmed, killed, and semikilled grades and well as quality of carbon tool steels. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 16 hrs (2016-03-02 01:28:45 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Excuse tyos: qality - quality; acorring = according; spropers = properties.
