Russian term or phrase: со скоростью ветра
One more question:

...распространяется по всему Миру чуть-ли не со скоростью ветра, рассеиваясь вместе с ним....

My only ideas: almost at the speed of wind, spreading together with it.. :(

Hmmm...since I don't know what the idiom is referring to, my suggestion should probably be viewed skeptically :)
But I could probably come up with something if you gave me an example. What is it that's "spreading through the world" and "diffusing?"

"The disease crossed the world, seemingly at the speed of light, bringing (?) along with it". Or "spreading (?) along with it"

Notes to answerer
Asker: I like this, but would the next part "spreading along with it" make any sense then? ;)

Asker: disease...

agree  svetlana cosquéric: and the second part: "diffusing with it"?

neutral  Kiwiland Bear: Quite a bit faster than the wind :-) But, more seriously, I think it misses important implication or connotation of freedom which is inherent in Russian idiom. As far as I can tell your EN version doesn't have it. Or does it?
