It can only refer to a person and not organisation. Личный is related to лицо, a person. If it were related to organisation's own position it would be собственный. I would thinks it may mean personal position of heads or managers of organisations. And корпоративный means corporate of course.

Explanation:
lichnaja polza probably means the good of the individual (person) while korporativnaja is corporate...the idea being that an individual's knowledge benefits him, as well as the company he works for.
