I agree with The Misha, "enforcement search" is a word-for-word translation that conveys no meaning in our case. I think I would stick to something like "search for a wanted person by enforcement officers.

A picture - or, at least, a piece of text - is worth a thousand (clumsy and mistranslated) words. Do you have one? A real-world example of this 'detection' and - OMG - 'tracing' business?

It is not called a search, it is detection or tracing made by enforcement agents, bailiffs.
Somebody found here a mistake trying always to play hard to get, but not successful as usual, there is limited space and sometimes u found it difficult to write properly, sometimes no attention. Meaning is important. We don't need the kindergarten teachers here.

is that so and so is/has been declared wanted by enforcement officials. An American could also say "put an APB (all-points bulletin) on someone" but this is very, very country specific. Perhaps that "enforcement search" is the lesser evil here if you insist on a fixed term, even though it will not be clearly understood by the actual English speakers without additional clarifications.
