Going to the background of this term 'Проверка на нахождение в адресе массовой регистрации'. In and before early 2000s as at present, foreign companies were required to get an official registration with ТПП. I registered my company in RF at that time. Everybody took help of local agencies who would do this for a fee. At that time, these agencies had one address which they used over and over again for multiple registrations, meaning several companies would have the same address. Companies used that as a юридический адрес and the address where they were actually working from became the фактический адрес. Later, as the ТПП authorities became aware of this malpractice, they introduced a system by which the address on every application was verified to ensure that it was not an address on which other companies were also registered. This is called Проверка на нахождение в адресе массовой регистрации.
Ravindra's variant 'verification of address in mass registration data' is a дословный перевод but would not convey the above meaning to a English/foreign reader.
