bankruptcy assets, mass of succession Explanation: "Конкурсная масса" means the general mass of a bankrupt's estate, and can be translated as "bankruptcy assets", "bankrupt estate", or "bankrupt's estate". Any of them can be used in this context. I belive that the best translation for the second Russian term is "mass of succession", because it is general and can be used with any entity. However, if we are talking about family assets (e.g., "наследственная масса за вычетом законной доли вдовы и детей"), we can also use of the the following: -"death's part", "dead's part", or "dead man's part".
