I belive that the best translation for the second Russian term is "mass of succession", because it is general and can be used with any entity. However, if we are talking about family assets (e.g., "наследственная масса за вычетом законной доли вдовы и детей"), we can also use of the the following: -"death's part", "dead's part", or "dead man's part".

These are all the terms I managed to find.
