Has anyone got a good English translation for this? I am unconvinced by suggestions on Multitran such as "act of transference and receipt".

I thought this question had been answered before, but if so, I can't find it. This is what I would use. I don't think "acceptance and handing-over" or anything of that sort is necessary, if it is accepted it can be assumed to have been handed over.

disagree  David Knowles: I know there is a Kudoz question on DAA, but that's like asking what's the Russian for OAO. The translation of Акт in this context is rarely "act", but more often "deed" or "certificate".

agree  David Knowles: Yes it sounded familiar to me! I might put "Deed of Acceptance", but "Acceptance Certificate" is just as good.//Levan's DAA is purely slavic from Google, and not really a translation. It's more like OAO etc.
