"production... of products" is totally unnecessary. Water is watery. Whatever is produced is a product of the process of production whereby it is produced... etc,etc, etc.

Хочу заметить, что в английском отношение к конструкциям типа the user uses, production of the products другое, чем в русском. Стилистически такие структуры считаются нейтральными.
Привожу ниже фрагмент из замечательнейшей книги Бориса Климзо "Ремесло технического переводчика".
"Тавтология
Русские стилисты требуют править предложения, содержащие однокоренные слова [...] Нормы английского языка в этом отношении менее строги. Более того, некоторые английские стилисты даже называют запрещение повторять слова "стилистическим пугалом". И действительно, в технической литературе использование в одном предложении однокоренных слов - обычное явление:
Even with the greater length, the leakage requirements still required close clearances so that rubbing had to be anticipated.
Heavy metals are typical types of pollutants that are..."
