I'm not sure how to translate утилизация in this example. I think the idea is that if the supplying company delivers product that is defective, it must replace that product, but it may reprocess the defective product to do so.

The PURCHASER has the right to demand that the SUPPLIER replace the defective PRODUCT by ***reprocessing***(???) the defective product and subsequently delivering it in an amount corresponding to the volume of the reprocessed Product. The fact of the PARTIES' reprocessing of the product shall be enacted in a corresponding ***Deed of Reprocessing.***

Reclaim/Notice of claimed defect
Explanation:
It's not, to my mind, the defective product recovery

salvaging

Explanation:
"salvaging" is a common term for something "saved" from being wasted.

Also, I would suggest using "Memorandum of salvaging of non-complaint (or non-conformant) product".

disposal means (2 of 3) a disposing of or getting rid of something (http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/disposal). Обычно дефектный товар утилизируется (т.е. просто уничтожается), если не подлежит ремонту/восстановлению

neutral  James McVay: This is one of those hard-to-translate words because it CAN mean recycling. I normally render it as "disposal,", unless there's context to tell me recycling or salvaging is involved. The text might imply that, but it's not explicit.
