Аббревиатура SLA чаще всего расшифровывается как service level agreement, но я не уверена, что это может обозначать в данном тексте (описываются результаты внедрения претензионного реестра, насколько я понимаю, это программное обеспечение

Контекст - Претензионный реестр - для учета, анализа и отслеживания KPI’s по жалобам клиентов и возврату кегов.
Результаты
Отслеживание YTD по KPI’s на ежедневной/еженедельной основе. Уменьшение количества SLA т.к. в SLA предоставление KPI по возврату кегов и по жалобам клиентов больше нет необходимости (данный файл подсчитывает их автоматически). Ранее для учета и отслеживания данных по затратам, браку / дефекту, KPI’s по жалобам клиентов / возврату кегов на заводах не было стандартного файла. В конце месяца при сверке данных всегда были расхождения по KPI’s и по списанию затрат. Данные по KPI’s приходилось ждать до 6-8 числа каждого месяца, не было возможности отслеживать YTD на ежедневном/еженедельном уровне.
Внедрение данного файла позволяет уменьшить количество предоставляемых SLA с трех до одного.

В результате у меня получается перевод вроде Reduced number of SLA’s, as providing KPI related to keg return and customer complaints in SLA’s is no more necessary.

Не уверена, что в этом есть смысл
